Last I heard Nintendo was planning on taking a break from peripherals, but apparently that is not the case. Introduced by Satoru-Iwata at the Nintendo Press Conference at Tuesday’s E3, the Wii Vitality Meter is the latest peripheral from them.  The Wii Vitality meter is a peripheral that takes your pulse. How exactly it will work with game play is unclear.
