Some of you may remember that we reported in September that a number of third-party publishers would start developing games for the Project Natal. One of them was Ubisoft, and today we are getting the first details on how many games they are planning to release.

According to IGN, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot broke the news during a company investor call. Guillemot stated "We have around ten games that will come out for Natal during the first six months of its release." Seems pretty straight forward although he went on to say "That's the picture at the moment. It can change in the next twelve months."

Guillemot also mention that they were planning to release titles for Sony's motion controller, stating "we expect four to five games for Sony's new motion controller."

We have yet to hear anything on a release date for the Project Natal, however Sony's motion controller will be launched in spring 2010.
