Motorola and AT&T have both announced that the first Android phone is on its way to AT&T. The Motorola BACKFLIP is unique in that it is the first Android, as well as MOTOBLUR phone to be available at AT&T retailers.
"Motorola is proud to bring the first Android-powered device to AT&T's 3G network." The BACKFLIP will run on the Android OS, and will feature a 3.1-inch touchscreen, a 5 megapixel camera, GPS capabilities, and BACKTRACK function for simpler navigation. The phone will also have social media features with MOTOBLUR, which allows updates to multiple social media profiles simultaneously.
