The first glimpse of the HP Slate was at this years CES, where it was teased for a few brief moments. Since then information on the device has been scarce, however, some of the first videos for the iPad competitor have surfaced in the form of a demo and an ad.

The first video shows off the Adobe flash and AIR applications for the HP Slate. Web browsing, flash games, and the device's keyboard are just few things that are demoed in the video. The second video is an ad for the Slate, which is much like a demo but with an injection of caffeine. You can check out both videos below.
