AmtrakThe announcement was revealed in the corporation's five year financial plan, and the trains that will be getting the WiFi treatment will be the Acela Express high speed trains. They will be fully equipped with free WiFi access by March. Although the service will be free Amtrak stated "pricing may change depending on customer response, system performance and costs."

Along with free WiFi access it was also revealed that Amtrak will be upgrading its fleet. Amtrak CEO Joseph Boardman stated "It's time to replace our aging fleet." As said before we can expect the WiFi upgrade in March but no details have been revealed on the new fleet of trains.
