They are some of the oldest video game clichés in history, and yet for some reason they just go on existing. Guillermo del Toro to Develop Games for THQ

We were teased by the story last week, but the LA Times is confirming that Guillermo del Toro, Pan's Labyrinth director, will indeed be brining his vision to the realm of video games. Toro is reportedly wrapping up a deal with THQ to develop games with them.

Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 is Now Officially Batman: Arkham City

After months of guessing and a fair amount of teasing on the part of Rock Steady, we now finally know the title for the sequel to one of last year's most groundbreaking games. Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 is now officially Batman: Arkham City.

RIM Unveils the BlackBerry Torch

Today, AT&T and Research in Motion (RIM) unveiled the BlackBerry Torch, the first smartphone to run on the BlackBerry 6 OS. The Torch is unique for a number of reasons. Not only is it the first smartphone (as said before) to feature the BlackBerry 6 OS, but it will also be the first BlackBerry to have both keypad and touch screen.
