Remember back when you first heard that you would be able to play as infected in Left 4 Dead (L4D) multiplayer? Remember the ungodly amount of hours you spent playing said multiplayer mode? Well, Visceral Games is planning on using that same formula for Dead Space 2.

Many were assuming it, lots were hoping for it, but today we are finally seeing it. Announced today at Apple's fall event, the new and improved iPod touch is here. The new iPod Touch will run on iOS 4.1 and will come with Retina Display, a front-facing camera, and the new Game Center.

Apple tried and failed in 2006 with Apple TV, but with the rise in popularity of streaming services it seems now was as good a time as ever to give it another go. Unveiled today at Apple's fall event, the new Apple TV is smaller, has a simpler UI, and is boasted to have the largest online HD movie library around.

 Considering that Mafia style stories have been done to death in film, and that fans set standards rather high for open world games; the guys at 2K Czech had quite a task ahead of them in the development of Mafia II. I was excited for the game from the beginning, but had my doubts. After playing I can tell you that Mafia II is not the perfect open world crime drama experience, but it is one that cannot be missed nonetheless.

With the Apple event that many assume will mark the unveiling of a new video chat capable iPod Touch only a few days away, Philips has announced the first Android based MP4 player. The Philips GoGear Connect will offer the full range of features that many Android phones already have, and may be the first real media player to compete with the iPod Touch.
